School of Discipleship
Our mission is not only to inform, but to transform—equipping leaders, teachers, and everyday believers to be faithful stewards of divine truth in a world increasingly starved of it. We long to see Common Ground enriched with biblically literate disciples, families nourished by the Word, and a community changed by those who carry the gospel with both conviction and compassion.

Book of Psalms
This course will explore the "Hymnbook of the Second Temple," as it is called by NT Wright. We will move beyond treating Psalms as isolated poems and instead look at the structure, genres, and emotional heart of the collection. We will explore how these ancient Hebrew songs were understood by their original audience and how they point us toward Jesus.
-

New Testament Survey
Throughout this course, we will take a 10,000-foot view of the New Testament as a unified story, while also slowing down to examine key passages and themes. We will consider its historical setting in the first-century Jewish and Greco-Roman world, its theological vision, and its continuing significance for the church today. My hope is that we will not only grow in knowledge but also be shaped and transformed by its power. My goal for the course is to deepen our theology collectively in a way that moves us collectively to doxology.

Women in the New Testament
This 6-week course – intended for both women and men – explores profiles of the women woven throughout the New Testament. We will trace their stories from the promise of the Messiah, through the life and ministry of Jesus, and into the early church. Along the way, we’ll encounter women such as Anna, Elizabeth, the many Marys of Jesus’ life, Lydia, Phoebe, Priscilla, Junia, and others, whose lives demonstrate trust, obedience, sacrifice, and love. As we engage Scripture together, we’ll reflect on what the stories of these women reveal about God and how their faith continues to shape ours.
