But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Galatians 5:22-24
All superhero's tend to be living in a land where there is no law and order. That's what makes their deeds and actions so super; that against such anarchy they are able to give justice and fight for truth.
However, Paul tells us that there is another lawless land. A place where we are called to live in. That place is the Kingdom of God. Paul says that no government, no ruler could law down a law on loving your neighbor, being patient with your kids, being gentle with your wife, being faithful to your God, being self-controlled when violence seems like a good option.
